Our Story

Founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and caring environment, Flora Care Group was Founded by Pamela Ncube who started her journey working as a support worker in a similar home back in 2003. Our journey began with a vision to provide exceptional residential care for children, a place where they could grow, learn, and discover their unique potential.
